    It is not difficult:
    You click on download link.
    You are transferred to sharebee.
    You click on one of 4 options (Rapidshare, Megaupload etc).
    After you have been transferred to the appropriate site (f.ex. Rapidshare) you click on "free user", you wait for about a minute, and then you click on download button..
